CHANGING AN ORDER AFTER IT IS SUBMITTED
Unfortunately, there is no automatic way on the website of altering or updating an order after it has been submitted. But if you contact us right away, and the order has not already shipped as is, we may be able to help.
If you have just omitted some items, then send us an email immediately to see if the order has not yet been mailed. If not, we will do our best to hold it and wait for your further instructions.
We can accept extra payments through the website, without adding shipping charges, by using the "Additional Payment" option at the bottom of this page. If there are many items, then we can usually work with you to create a second order that is adjusted to balance out any second shipping amount.
If you discover that you have made a serious mistake on an order, and need to change or delete any items, we can still follow the above process if the order is caught before shipping, and alter the billing charge up or down to match the correct situation.
Please note we cannot refund shipping charges for orders that have already been dispatched, as those charges will have already have been paid by us.
In the event that an order arrives with wrong or missing items, due to our error, we will re-ship any missing parts at no further charge to you. However, please check your delivery and let us know of any problems within 10 days of receipt.
If we are temporarily out of stock of some items, we may delay shipping the order to wait for their availability, or if they cannot be quickly obtained, ship the order with those parts omitted and paid for, but automatically back-ordered. In the event that we cannot ship a pre-paid, back-ordered part within 30 days, we will offer you the choice of a refund, as the alternative to waiting for longer.
