These as Prototypically Accurate as possible HO Turnout Kits
can be built, Craftsman Style, on Standard AAR Prototype Printed Templates and track gauges
or very easily, without any special tools,
by using the "SWITCH-WORKS PRO" HOME RTR TURNOUT FACTORY
(See the TURNOUT BUILDING TOOLS link on the Left).
Ultimate Turnout Kits come in Four different possible rail sizes. Please select the rail size you want from the pull down menu. The same kit will build a Left or Right Hand turnout, so you don't need to specify which hand.
AVAILABILITY AND OPTIONS:
The Turnouts can be supplied with the standard cast frog as shown in the top row of the picture below, in sizes 6, 7, and 8, with code 70 or 83 rail. Size 10 standard frog only comes currently in code 83.
Optional "SUPER DETAIL" frogs (planed rail and manganese as shown in the second and third rows respectively) are available in some combinations of the turnout sizes.

In addition, a SUPER-SUPER-DETAILING KIT, for a SINGLE TURNOUT, comprising bolt ends, joint bars and guard rail clamps is available below, as well as Position Detection switches, and Frog Powering Relays. Many other compatible parts and spares are in the "TURNOUT PARTS" section of the site.
